Grilled Tilapia...a lenten luncheon menu

It's a Holy Wednesday here today, when we begin to sacrifice eating meat until Easter Sunday! We basically eat a lot of Tilapia here, a staple at least once a week. Another way i like my Tilapia is with coconut milk, ginger & local hot pepper. This was simply grilled - no fuss just a dash of rock salt before you grill. For my dip - i've chosen to combine tomato and red onion with soy, vinegar, local hot peper (siling labuyo), salt&pepper...enjoy!
