A two hour drive from manila will take you to the nearest beach already. Balanga, Bataan is going up north passing thru the NLEX (Northern Luzon Express Hi-Way) exiting Mexico, Pampanga and thru Subic Bay or the more scenic side of Olongapo and a glimpse of the south china sea.
